The WBF Laws Committee, comprising the world's experts on the field, works on a continouus basis, providing a new edition of the Laws every 10 years and interpreting the Laws as required.
To enable people to understand the reasoning behind its decisions, the WBF Laws Committee publishes the Minutes of its meetings.
The WBF Laws Committee has issued a Laws Commentary advising how some of the Laws should be interpreted.
